Signature items include their sushi platters, calamari, and the popular chocolate beignets. The restaurant also offers vegan and vegetarian options, ensuring that all dietary preferences are accommodated.

In addition to its exquisite menu, Beluga hosts various specials and events. Their Thirsty Thursday special features a 1.5-liter pitcher of any draught beer for R110 or 2-for-1 cocktail jugs.
